Over the years we have measured up 1000’s of bangle. The size is best determined by how a person likes to wear their bangle.
The best way to work out the size is to get a skin tight measurement and add 1 – 2 cm depending on the measurement.
7-12cm add 1cm.
13-14cm add 1.5cm.
15 – 20cm add 2cm (For adult male we usually add 1.5cm unless they prefer a loose fit).
KIDS With kids we recommend that they wear them tight enough that they can’t slip them off and lose them but loose enough to be comfortable.
All our guestimates for sizing are based on a loose fit but you shouldn’t be able to slip the bangle off.
BABIES & TODDLERS Bubs vary greatly in size, from premmie to chubbie. There is not set size guide. The following sizes are the average and there is a lot of overlap. We suggest if you can’t get a measurement of the baby that it’s not too much to worry about because we are happy to work with you until we get the right size.
9cm-10cm 0 to 3 months.
10cm-11cm 3 to 6 months.
11cm-12cm 3 to 9 months.
12cm-13cm 6 to 12 months.
13cm-14cm 12 to 24 months.
14cm-15cm 18 months to 6 years.
Using a tape measure or ruler to find your size.
Grab a tape measurer and wrap it skin tight around the bottom part of your wrist over the top of the bump on the outer part od your wrist.
If you don’t have a tape measurer, use a piece of paper and mark with pen where it over laps and use a ruler to get that measurement.
Do not use anything that has stretch to it as that will give an inaccurate measurement.
